    Essential Job Summary:

    IWS is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to collaborate with senior leadership to shape our people strategy. The HRBP will play a key role on the team by providing critical support in the areas of employee relations, performance management, talent development, and workforce planning. This work will be done primarily in support of our corporate functional groups.

     

    Essential Job Functions: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.

     

    + Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals, challenges, and workforce needs, ensuring that HR strategies support overall business objectives.

    + Manage escalation of HR support issues through to resolution.

    + Consult with leaders to provide effective coaching and advice on people management, organizational design, performance management, and HR policies.

    + Serve as the point of contact for employee relations issues, leading investigations, handling terminations, and resolving conflicts.

    + Assist with employee onboarding, conduct exit interviews, create job descriptions, maintain employee records.

    + Update employee data and generate reports to assist the business in workforce planning.

    + Partner with the business to enable the completion of various employee surveys and drive the subsequent action planning and execution process.

    + Assist or lead HR special projects or initiatives as needed, working across multiple client groups.

    + Partner with HR colleagues in the improvement of HR products, services, and processes.

    + Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements relating to the workforce and employee processes.

    Requirements and Qualifications:

    + 3-5 years of focused and relevant HR Generalist / Business Partner experience.

    + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources with additional HR certifications SPHR/PHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred.

    + Collaborative team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment.

    + Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

    + Strong knowledge of employment laws and practices.

    + Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Excel, HRIS, and ATS systems.

    + Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
