Job Description
Treasury Management Implementation Specialist II The Treasury Management Implementation Specialist will be responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned products and provides a single point of contact for internal and external customers throughout the implementation process. Requires close collaboration across all Treasury Management departments, operations, and other internal bank colleagues. Responsibilities Manage the delivery and success of small to mid-level complexity projects and Treasury Management product implementations. Organize and execute a large volume of customer implementations primarily focused on core Treasury Management service. Manage risk and customer-impacting issues during product implementations; includes tracking, mitigating, and problem resolution. Communicate effectively with customer and stakeholders. Manage the integration of client-dependent tasks and review deliverables with clients. Provide technical and analytical guidance to customers and internal partners. Manages timeline, quality, and customer expectations throughout the life of implementation projects. Manage a portfolio of customer requests varying in size, volume, and complexity. Serve as a subject matter expert of low-complexity/core Treasury Management products and how they operate. Offer creative solutions to the increasingly complex problems faced by customers in the Treasury Management industry. Be knowledgeable about how common accounting/ERP systems interact with Comerica's products in order to determine compatibility. Ability to work independently and also provide positive contributions in a team-environment. Demonstrate ability to follow tasks through to completion with minimum supervision. Possess the ability to simultaneously handle multiple tasks with flexibility and good judgment. Demonstrate well-developed time management and prioritization skills. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or 4 years of relevant experience
+ 3 years financial services operations or Treasury Management experience
+ 3 years external customer service experience
+ 3 years working with Microsoft Office products including Microsoft Teams
+ 1 year of experience working with Treasury Management and/or Corporate Cash Management systems implementations preferred
