Job Description
The Access Provisioning Specialist I is responsible for processing client security requests for user access across Comerica applications and services. The Access Provisioning Specialist I works as part of a team to ensure the successful delivery of all services related to Access Request, Access Provisioning and Deprovisioning, Access Review and Role Based Access for Comerica. This role requires an understanding of user access mechanisms and proficiency in the use of various provisioning tools. This role will support the strategy, standards, processes and technology to ensure user access is provided timely and securely. The Specialist I will work with various teams to identify gaps in and expand coverage of IAM controls and processes. The Access Provisioning Specialist I will regularly interact with internal customers that include end-users, management and HR requiring excellent customer service skills. Job Responsibilities Access Provisioning Analyze user access needs, develop user access roles and add/change/delete user access accordingly using provisioning tools. Efficiently process access requests for new hires, employees moving within the organization, and departing employees. Ensure timely provisioning and de-provisioning of user accounts, adhering to security and compliance standards Manage access requests for file shares and multiple applications. Respond to requests for new and established accounts. Maintain account information in multiple databases. Facilitate access requests and support for business-critical applications. Assist with multi-factor authentication and VPN supported technologies. Participate in on-call process and escalations as assigned. Communication & Collaboration Assist in documenting, analyzing, and streamlining the application account provisioning process. Collaborate with relevant teams to troubleshoot and resolve access-related issues promptly. Analyze data and communicate risk to non-technical consumers. Risk Management Maintain access controls to safeguard sensitive data. Reviews and notifies leadership regarding breaches of IAM Provisioning Policies and Standards. Promptly respond to business escalations for service issues or interruption. Participate in user access audit reviews. Planning & Organizing Analyze and provide advice on the development process improvements. Assist in the design, maintenance and integrity of the role-based access structure. Participates in project tasks related to provisioning/deprovisioning as required. Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Position Qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or 4 years of relevant experience
+ 2 years of expereince in Relevant Access Provisioning
+ 2 years of expereince with Identity and Access Management controls, principles, methods and related regulatory obligations
+ 1 year of experience with common provisioning systems (i.e. SailPoint, Okta)
+ 1 year experience with the ServiceNow platform
+ 1 year of experience in an IT support or end-user support role
+ 1 year of experience working in an IT service environment with a team of advanced technicians
Preferred Qualifications
+ 1 year of experience in the Financial services industry
+ ITIL 3 or ITIL 4 Certification
