_POSITION SUMMARY:_
The Retail Receiving Driver receives, stores, and delivers retail products for the resort to various outlets.
_ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:_
+ Inspects delivery truck – tires, lights, mirrors, life gate – Tire pressure 85 lbs.
+ Notes and reports any mechanical issues and weekly mileage.
+ Informs Retail Manager and Lead if there are issues.
+ Checks for damage to exterior.
+ Ensures all product is on correct cart before it goes on to truck.
+ Delivers product to outlets.
+ Acquires appropriate signatures as needed.
+ Ensures product is delivered to appointed space at the outlet.
+ Customer service attitude towards outlets
+ Notes perishables
+ Assists with moving and storing furniture and accessories until used for projects.
+ Uses mirrors only to back-up as well as drive in tight driving conditions.
+ Assists when deliveries are complete on the warehouse floor and in keeping the warehouse clean and orderly.
+ ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
_EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:_
+ Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
+ Certificate(s) or License(s): Class E License Required as well as clean and safe driving record
_KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:_
+ Basic Computer Skills - Using basic computer hardware and software (e.g., personal computers, word processing software, Internet browsers, etc.).
+ Analytical/Critical Thinking - The ability to gather and organize information using a logical and systematic process; recognize patterns and relationships in complex data; examine data to identify implications, problems and draw appropriate conclusions; generate alternative solutions to problems; evaluate strengths, weaknesses and consequences of alternative solutions and approaches to solving problems.
+ Reading Comprehension - Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents.
+ Oral Comprehension - The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
+ Customer and Personal Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
+ Mathematical Skills – Basic math skills required
_TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:_
+ Daily driving around resort and delivering to different departments.

+ Performs tasks and duties under direct supervision, using well-defined policies and procedures. Work is reviewed by supervisor. Limited opportunity exists for exercising independent judgment and decision making.
