The Marketing Designer holds a key role in the future of Insight. This role partners closely with the entire team, including other designers, editors, event specialists and the sales team, to support efforts across the organization. This role will support the design needs of various marketing functions and channels to deliver impactful brand, performance and always-on campaign assets, print and digital materials.

Overall Responsibilities :
+ Drive Growth & Engagement: Ensure that every visual interaction an audience member or advertiser has with Insight is professional, engaging and clearly communicates the value proposition, ultimately driving consistent and growing revenue.
+ Insight Brand Champion: Champion the Insight brand through visual storytelling by transforming abstract concepts, data and the company's unique value proposition into compelling, memorable and actionable visual narratives across all platforms.
+ Creative Design Ownership : Owns hands-on creative design from concept to execution across print, digital and events, translating complex business insights into compelling visual stories and ensuring brand consistency and impact.
Specific Responsibilities :
+ Design High-Impact Print Publications: Craft stunning magazine covers to attract initial attention and drive sales/subscriptions. Develop clear, engaging layouts and typography for positive reading experiences that foster loyalty and engagement.
+ Produce Professional Media Kits : Design visually strong media kits and collateral that effectively represent the publication's brand, audience demographics and advertising channel effectiveness to attract premium advertisers. Create professional and compelling sponsor sheets that clearly articulate tiers and benefits to secure lucrative event sponsorships.
+ Optimize Digital User Experience: Design an intuitive and customer friendly website making it easy for users to find content and improving engagement metrics (time on site, page views).
+ Execute Digital Advertising & Social Graphics : Produce visually appealing and effective banner ads and social media graphics to grab attention and convey persuasive calls-to-action for subscriptions, newsletters, creating brand engagement, event nominations and registrations. Boost open and click through rates.
+ Lead Event Branding & Promotion : Develop comprehensive event branding (logos, themes) and create highly attractive promotional materials (flyers, digital ads, landing pages) to drive registration and sponsorship interest. Maintain accuracy in graphics across all event communications.
+ Provide Exhibitor Visual Guidance : Offer branding guidelines or templates for exhibitor booths to ensure consistent visual quality and enhance the overall professional appearance.
+ Collaborate with Internal Stakeholders: Execute on creative vision alongside the team throughout the creative process, creating concepts and final deliverables. Participate in creative ideations and meetings to build content calendars, campaigns and key messaging
+ Manage Design Project Lifecycle : Own assigned design projects from conceptualization and ideation through to final asset creation and delivery, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic goals. Deliver projects in a timely fashion with a focus on organizational priorities.

Qualifications
Knowledge
+ Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications or a closely related creative field.
+ 4+ years of hands-on graphic design experience or a similar creative role. Design portfolio of work will be requested.
+ Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat required)
+ Experience with motion and/or video graphics skills preferred.
+ Familiarity and experience with various social media platforms.
+ Maintains a valid driver’s license.

+ Impeccable attention to detail in all design outputs and use of design best practices.
+ Strong ability to create engaging media assets across print, digital and event platforms.
+ Proven experience collaborating effectively within a dynamic creative team.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly explain and discuss design concepts, revisions and feedback with diverse stakeholders.
+ Adept at interpreting complex data points and trends, transforming them into visually pleasing and intriguing infographics and visualizations.
+ Passion for continuous learning and pushing creative boundaries in design.
+ Ability to prioritize and execute effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
