    **Job Purpose or Objective(s):** The Rehabilitation Services Manager oversees the operations and staff of the rehabilitation services departments including occupational, physical, and speech therapies. You will coordinate and provide evaluations, assessments, and therapeutic interventions while ensuring quality services for all disciplines. You will report to the Director.

    Primary Tasks:

    1. Oversee staff and operations of the rehabilitation services departments.

    2. Evaluate and treat all eligible patients to restore function and prevent disability following disease or injury.

    3. Administer therapeutic treatments to rehabilitate patients with congenital and developmental delays.

    4. Develop and maintain budget, supply management, and process improvement projects.

    5. Review operations with leadership, consultants, and staff to maintain a high-quality level of care.

    6. Oversee quality assurance processes and ensure policies and procedures are maintained within the clinic. Ensure CMS and Joint Commission standards, state and federal physical therapy practice laws, Medicare and Medicaid rules and regulations, and other oversight regulations are followed by therapists within the clinic.

    7. Complete patient documentation within the electronic health record.

    8. Provide training to facility and clinic staff in areas pertaining to rehab therapy services.

    9. Maintain existing equipment; perform or schedule preventative maintenance.

    10. Perform other responsibilities as may be assigned.

    Required Education and Experience:

    + Bachelor’s degree in rehabilitative sciences consisting of either physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech therapy

    + Registered Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Therapist and licensed in the State of Oklahoma

    + BLS certification within 90 days of employment

    + Three [3] years related experience
