Job Responsibilities:
Administrator for our Career Services Management platform
+ RIT uses Symplicity, A CRM for Career Services
+ Maintain employer contact
+ Vet and release all new employer registrations
+ Assign ACM and RC to new employers by company’s industry
+ Troubleshoot all contact login issues, as well as staff issues.
+ Set system settings, procedures, announcements, and administrative settings

Required Qualifications:
+ Minimum Education: Associate’s Degree
+ 2-4 years of database management, experience with desktop and database troubleshooting. Experience in Excel and Tableau. Ability to understand basic programming.
+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
+ Customer focus
+ Verbal and written communication skills
+ Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers to understand system problems and to clearly answer questions
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Technical Experience: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Database management, Oracle.
+ Experience working in higher education, working with diverse campus populations.

Job Summary:
Learn and develop an understanding of web-based co-op, full-time on-campus student employment job posting system (Symplicity) to handle requests/questions from students, employers, and staff. Maintained over 57,000 employer records and posted on avg. 31,000 positions annually. Maintain and manage student records, that are fed into our database via Student Information System. This position is a technical position and requires knowledge of database management.
