Warehouse Logistics Manager – Drive Purpose with Precision!
Foodservice Distribution & Logistics
Are you a logistics professional who’s passionate about people, processes, and purpose? Join our team as a Warehouse Logistics Manager and take charge of a critical operation that ensures smart, safe, and seamless supply chain execution.
What You’ll Do:
+ Lead and manage warehouse and distribution operations to support foodservice delivery
+ Oversee daily functions including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and dispatch
+ Ensure compliance with food safety standards, storage regulations, and specific protocols
+ Collaborate with procurement and culinary teams to maintain accurate stock levels and product quality
+ Analyze logistics performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
+ Hire, train, and inspire warehouse staff to uphold safety, efficiency, and teamwork
+ Maintain documentation and compliance with OSHA, FDA, and HIPAA standards
We’re Looking For:
+ 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain management (foodservice a plus)
+ Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
+ Experience with inventory systems, WMS/ERP platforms, and logistics software
+ Knowledge of food storage and safety regulations
+ Ability to lead a diverse team with clarity, accountability, and purpose
+ OSHA and/or ServSafe certification preferred (or ability to obtain)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES:
Education :
+ Associate degree required
+ Bachelor’s degree preferred
Certifications :
+ HACCP certification
+ Food Safety
+ Forklift Certification
Computer Skills :
+ Proficient with all computer applications
+ Knowledge of warehouse management systems; inventory control
Other Qualifications, Experience :
+ 1 year management experience

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
+ The work is performed primarily in an office setting. The noise level in the work environment is moderate.
+ The work is performed secondarily in a manufacturing and warehouse environment, specifically the packing and warehousing areas. The noise level in the work environment is moderate to loud .
+ Standing portion of the workday is required .
+ Work requires movement in and out of storerooms , near heavy machinery and freezers
+ Exposure to extreme temperatures (hot and cold) due to cooking and refrigeration equipment.
