    Human Resources Director

    UMC is currently seeking a Human Resources Director for our Bristol Glen Senior Care Community located in Newton, NJ. Bristol Glen, a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), is thoughtfully designed to provide person directed care in a home-like environment to ensure exceptional care and quality of life for our residents.

    Requirements for a Human Resources Director:

    + Associates Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field, or applicable experience. Bachelors Degree preferred.

    + 2 or more years general experience in HR, 3 + years experience preferred.

    + Knowledge of federal and state laws

    + Member of SHRM, with SHRM CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR Certification (have certification or willing to obtain).

    Responsibilities for a Human Resources Director:

    + Recruit, engage, serve, and retain an workforce of highly competent and compassionate associates.

    + Support community associates and enhance their work performance by effectively administering their benefits and compensation and promoting their personal development.
