    The role you’ll contribute:

    The HR Program Manager is responsible for program design, implementation, and administration aligned to strategic goals and objectives (typically, within one business area but may include the same for cross functional programs). Manages stakeholder identification and satisfaction, program definition, cross project/functional interdependencies, project-related risk management, ongoing monitoring and control. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

    + **Supports the implementation of new technology being rolled out by Talent Acquisition, as well as supporting the Talent Acquisition team with the roll out of technology owned by cross functional teams.**

    + **Develop and maintain training material including user guides and SOP’s**

    + **Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in TA operations and program delivery.**

    + **Leads overall program management, including design, implementation and administration of assigned program and its activities.**

    + **Develops detailed project plans, timelines, and communication strategies for HR initiatives.**

    + **Evaluates program performance, including identifying risks and solutions to achieve program goals.**

    + **Leads stakeholder communication and engagement.**

    + **Provides and maintains data for insights, analysis and reporting to key stakeholders.**

    + **Develops and facilitates presentations and reports for executive leadership, program sponsors and stakeholders.**

    + **Develops and manages program change control process and documentation (instructional guides, SOP’s, etc) as needed to ensure teams operate within the scope and change approval process.**

    + **Directs program staff by providing input and feedback.**

    + **Monitors and evaluates program effectiveness through data-driven metrics, feedback, and continuous improvement practices.**

    + **Supports development of strategic planning, annual budget and operating plans related to assigned programs.**

    + **Completes and maintains relevant program certifications or training as defined by the role.**

    + **This position is onsite and requires to be local within the Central Florida area**

    Qualifications

    The expertise and experience you’ll need to succeed** **:

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

    + Bachelor's in healthcare administration, business, human resources or related field

    + 5 years in program/project management and coordination

    + Experience in working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

    + Strong project management skills, ability to manage large-scale cross functional projects/programs, including implementing solutions often requiring vendor and/or contract support, systems integration, platform upgrades, business process updates and multiple business unit requirements.

    + Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and resolve issues.

    + Excellent written and verbal communications, along with Expert-level presentation skills

    + Detail-oriented with strong planning and organization skills.

    + Adept at establishing partnerships and building relationships.

    + Partner with the business on strategy, goals and objectives and responsibility for delivering

    + Experience with budget management

    + Proficiency in developing and maintaining reports, analytics and building dashboards.

    + Experience in reporting program and project status to VP level executives

    _EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:_

    + **_Proficiency in portfolio, program and project management methodologies_**

    + **_Experience managing large vendor contracts and project resources._**

    + **_Ability to influence others to achieve results._**

    + Ability **_to adapt and be flexible in a dynamic environment_**

    + Specific licensure, certification or registration may be required based on a defined role.
