In this role, you are the Lead Supplier Fulfillment for a Level 1 supplier with a recovery plan. This role is the supplier facing delivery focal for all supplier part numbers within the commodity. You will achieve on time delivery to meet engine and spares output targets. Focus in 6-month delivery time horizon and ensure all SWIP is adequate to support supplier shipment targets. This role is dedicated for a Level 1 supplier and will be delivery focal for Supplier Team and support for the Supplier Recovery Leader. In this role, you'll lead cross functional problem solving and action plan to ensure delivery targets are met and sustained.

Roles and Responsibilities

+ Leads delivery Action Plan with commercial, technical, quality, and materials support. Practices and coaches FLIGHTDECK with supplier team.

+ Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise within their discipline. Requires strong commercial awareness and delivery focus, and is expected to influence the development of strategy within own area, including control of resources and influences policy formulation.

+ Impacts the team's ability to achieve service, quality and timeliness of objectives. Coordinates focused actions with functional teams to deliver the plan. Work is subject to functional policy objectives. Regularly advises management in the function and/or in the business. Has a supportive role in decision making about important subjects. High levels of evaluative judgment are required to achieve outcomes required.

+ Uses high level of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems that impact the function. Has ability to assess quality of information given and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders. Able to offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters and is able to construct and provide recommendations. Uses multiple internal and some external sources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision.

+ Challenge status quo and encourage your peers and your team to make changes that break down bureaucracy, increase collaboration and improve efficiency in the organization.

Required Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Operations, Delivery/Fulfillment, Supply Chain Management, Supplier Relations and/or Manufacturing Engineering)

+ 5 Years experience in Operations, Delivery/Fulfillment, Supply Chain Management, Supplier Relations and/or Manufacturing Engineering

The base pay range for this position is 108,400.00 - 144,500.00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan.
