The Treasury Analyst will provide support in the Corporate Treasury area of the Bank that manages interest rate risk, liquidity, derivatives and the investment portfolio. This individual will handle operational functions of the Banks derivative portfolios as well as financial reporting and credit analysis to support management decision making.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

+ Prepare all accounting entries for derivative portfolios, borrowings, and general Corporate Treasury operations. Become the subject matter expert on derivative operations including payments, collateral movement, and portfolio valuation.

+ Perform regulatory credit analysis for the municipal bond portfolio and current counterparty banks for the Banks bilateral swap book.

+ Prepare monthly financial reports for management as well as ad hoc reporting as needed. Responsible for data analysis, reporting and support for senior analysts.

+ Monitor current vendors and maintain risk profiles in Enterprise Risk Management system.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience Bachelors Degree preferably in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field. Solid Word and Excel skills.

Skills/Knowledge Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Self-motivated and the ability to work independently as well as on a team. Critical thinking and new ideas are encouraged. Group discussions are key to the process of enhancing analysis and methodology used by the team.
