    **Job Type:** Full-Time Consultant (12 Months)

    **Location:** Windsor Locks CT 06096 (HYBRID ROLE)

    **Schedule:** Monday to Friday; First Shift 8AM-5PM

    **Pay Rate:** $ 56.63/hour

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a **Senior Financial Analyst** to support Power & Controls Aftermarket in **Windsor Locks, CT** . As a key player in the aerospace industry, your work will directly influence strategic decisions and improve operational efficiency in a high-impact, fast-paced environment.

     

    _This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license._

     

    What You’ll Do

     

    As a **Senior Financial Analyst (Full-Time Consultant – 12 Months)** , you’ll be the go-to expert for Aftermarket budgeting and reporting. Your key responsibilities include:

     

    + **Developing and maintaining** advanced budget analysis tools for department heads and budget administrators.

    + **Analyzing** internal financial statements and investigating significant variances.

    + **Training and guiding** stakeholders on financial tools and consistent monthly reporting.

    + **Documenting** procedures and leading process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency and data quality.

    + **Supporting government accounting** budgeting requests tied to department budgets.

     

    Required & Preferred Qualifications

    Required:

    + Bachelor’s degree (relevant experience may substitute for a degree).

    + Strong proficiency in **Excel** , **PowerPoint** , and financial communications.

    + Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

    Preferred:

    + Experience with **SAP** and/or **OneStream** .

    + Previous work in **aerospace** or a highly regulated industry.

    + Demonstrated success in **process improvement** and stakeholder engagement.

    **Pay Details:** $56.63 per hour
