The Trust & Funding Ops Associate is responsible for a variety of complex operational tasks within the Payment Services organization. The Associate takes accountability for the process from beginning to end ensuring deadlines are met. The utilization of multiple company-based systems in the processing, collecting, and servicing of all department specific products. The position will require strong organizational and analytical skills to complete assigned tasks.

*This position typically requires being onsite in an office at least 3 days per week. **

Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Processes all cash collections in a timely manner in accordance with payment due dates.

+ Apply funds for incoming wire transactions

+ Partners with internal teams within the Trust organization to research and resolve any funding matters

+ Performs a variety of operational tasks from moderate to complex processes

+ Mentor and train Trust and Funding Ops Associate I and II

+ Assists with Quarter End processes

+ Provides monthly reports to management with KPIs, trends and suggestions for improvements

+ Adhere to department guidelines and audit controls to ensure SLA is being met

+ Special project(s) as directed by management

Basic Qualifications:

+ 1‐2 years of general Tax / Payroll / Accounting / Banking or Customer Service experience preferred

+ Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications

Preferred Qualifications:

+ A / B.S Degree or equivalent work experience

+ Working knowledge of payroll tax, employee pay and garnishment processing

The pay range for this position is $18.17 to $26.12 hourly, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
