About Us:
We are seeking a visionary Director of Campaign and Content Strategy to spearhead the development, execution, and optimization of our global, integrated marketing campaigns and content marketing strategies. This pivotal role will lead a dynamic team dedicated to crafting flagship marketing campaigns and cohesive content marketing initiatives. This integrated campaign strategy will serve as the foundation of our overall marketing strategy and operational model, guiding the development of persona- and segment-led marketing programs in all regions where we operate.
This role will establish a structured approach to campaign execution and content development, designed to engage our key buyer personas and help drive global brand awareness and consideration. This individual will be a strategic leader, advisor, and collaborator with a robust background in persona-driven messaging and content marketing, who is passionate about enhancing our brand presence through relevant and targeted messaging strategies.
The Director of Campaign and Content Strategy will champion innovative, modern campaign and content practices that foster collaboration and efficiency across our global Marketing and Sales organization. In addition, this role will establish a data-driven framework for analyzing performance metrics that drive ongoing optimization and uncover new growth opportunities and accelerate inbound conversions.

About You:
Establish and Build a New Campaign Strategy Team: Design and build a campaign strategy function including defining roles, recruiting top talent, and creating campaign frameworks that streamline global marketing programs and content cross-functionally.
Lead the Development of Integrated Campaigns: Oversee the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns that align with business and got-to-market growth goals and resonate with target audiences across all global markets.
Drive Content Strategy: Formulate and implement a content strategy that supports brand awareness, organic traffic, inbound conversions, customer engagement, and brand positioning across multiple channels and markets.
Enhance Buyer Persona Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide the development and expansion of buyer personas, ensuring all campaign and content initiatives are tailored to meet target personas’ needs and challenges.
Advise Cross-Functional Business Partners: Build trusted partnerships with Sales, Marketing, and international go-to-market leaders and executives and advise business partners on campaign and content strategy alignment in service of shared business goals.
Implement Data-Driven Decision Making: Establish a robust analytics framework to assess campaign performance, utilizing insights to inform strategy and optimize future initiatives.
Innovate Content Formats: Explore and implement diverse, modern content formats to engage audiences and enhance brand storytelling.
Streamline Content Development and Access: Implement streamlined processes for content creation, sharing, promotion, and measurement, ensuring that Sales teams have easy access to relevant content that effectively engages prospects and customers.
Manage Budget and Resources: Oversee the marketing budget for campaigns and content initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Identify Market Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for campaign development and content creation that drive market differentiation.
Mentor and Develop Talent: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement in campaign and content execution.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the B2B technology sector, including experience with content marketing, digital marketing, brand marketing, and/or product marketing.
Minimum of 5-7 years in a leadership role; Previous director-level preferred.
Proven experience in building and scaling marketing teams and functions from the ground up, including defining roles, establishing processes, and fostering a high-performance culture.
In-depth knowledge of content marketing best practices, including SEO and multi-channel distribution strategies.
Expertise in developing and launching integrated marketing global strategies and plans that establish a multipronged approach based on audience needs and behaviors.
Exceptional messaging and market positioning skills and extensive experience leading the development of positioning frameworks and briefs.
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment that drives results.
Experience working effectively with global teams across time zones and cultures, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
Strong strategic mindset with the ability to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned to global growth goals.
Proven track record of managing marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation and ROI.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and confidently and effectively present ideas to executive audiences.
A passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends, with a drive to experiment with new ideas and approaches.
Proficiency in analytics methodologies to measure comprehensive campaign performance, derive insights, and lead with data-driven decision making.

The pay range for this position is $142,100.00 to $204,200.00 USD, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
