    Customer Service Representative

     

    We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our elite team in Las Vegas, NV. As a key member, you will be entrusted with ensuring safe and comfortable transportation for our passengers, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.

    CBA Position:

    Position Subject to Collective Bargaining Agreement:

    + $16.00 - $17.12 (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement PayScale)

    + Starting pay $16.00 with raises every year determined by Collective Bargaining Agreement.

    Benefits include:

    + Vacation: up to 20 days per year as determined by Collective Bargaining Agreement

    + Up to 40 hours per year PTO (sick) time.

    + 8 paid holidays per year + your Birthday as an additional holiday.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Safety-Focused Operations: Ensure passengers are directed to the next loading shuttle based on their destination (RAC or Terminal-1).

    + Passenger Care: Exhibit exceptional care and assistance towards passengers by answering any airport related questions and keeping customers informed of known delays in service

    + Hospitality Specialist: Champion excellent customer service by pleasant interactions and avoiding conflicts.

    + Adherence to Protocols: Uphold company policies and procedures rigorously, encompassing safe work methods, emergency response preparedness, and compliance with regulatory mandates.

    + Other duties as required

    Qualifications:

    + 18 years old or older

    + Excellent communication & customer service skills.

    + Availability to work day, evening, weekend and overnight shifts as assigned.

    + Subject to a Non-DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.

    Physical Requirements:

    + Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.

    + The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent standing outside in the weather (heat, cold, wind) for up to eight (8) hours per day.

    + Must be able to assist passengers using wheelchairs.

    + Must be able to lift 80 pounds to assist with luggage.
