    Position Summary...

     

    As the Senior Marketing Manager – Spark Driver Growth, you will lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to acquire & retain new drivers for Walmart’s Spark Driver program. You will partner closely with Walmart’s last mile delivery team to understand their growth goals & priorities and develop actionable strategies to fuel the program. You will be an analytical, data-driven marketer with proven experience driving growth through various marketing channels including digital media, affiliate partners, CRM, partnerships, etc. This is a great opportunity for a motivated, self-starter who can operate autonomously and is excited to make an impact on an important priority for Walmart.

     

    What you'll do...

     

    + **Develop and implement omnichannel marketing strategies** to acquire & retain new drivers for the Spark Driver platform, meeting business goals. Lead end-to-end marketing planning from strategy & concept, through production, implementation, delivery, reporting & optimization.

    + **Lead large-scale change initiatives,** aligning them with Walmart’s last mile delivery team goals, and build relationships with senior leadership to ensure successful adoption and integration of new marketing strategies and channels.

    + **Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels,** including digital marketing, affiliate marketing, and potentially physical store initiatives.

    + **Manage relationships with agencies and advertising vendors,** ensuring alignment with brand standards and strategic objectives.

    + **Develop engaging and relevant content and campaigns** for various channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand messaging.

    + **Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns** across all channels, providing data-driven insights to optimize marketing budget allocation.

    + **Develop testing strategies (A/B and multivariate tests)** in partnership with Marketing Analytics team to continually optimize all areas of the program, including identifying opportunities to better understand our member segments and their behaviors across the customer lifecycle.

    + **Partner with Product and Engineering teams** to run discovery on new functionality and share out data requirements for marketing needs while prioritizing initiatives based on business objectives.

    What We're Looking For

    + 5+ years of experience in marketing strategy, product marketing, or growth marketing roles, preferably with a focus on customer or workforce acquisition in high-scale consumer platforms, marketplace services, or the gig economy (e.g., rideshare, delivery, on-demand services).

    + Strong strategic and operational skills—able to define high-level strategies while also managing campaign execution and testing frameworks hands-on.

    + Proven success designing and executing data-driven growth strategies across digital media, affiliate networks, CRM, partnerships, etc.

    + Expertise in full-funnel marketing & channel optimization—with a keen understanding of customer journeys & behaviors, conversion dynamics, and ROI metrics.

    + Skilled at leading across cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders across Product, Analytics, Engineering, and Ops.

    + Experience managing agency relationships and external vendors while ensuring alignment with internal brand and growth objectives.

    + Strong analytical mindset with experience working closely with marketing analytics teams to build dashboards, interpret results, and optimize budgets.

    + Ability to design experimentation roadmaps (e.g., A/B, multivariate tests) and synthesize insights for iterative performance improvements.

    + Familiarity with emerging mar tech, ad tech, and automation tools, and a passion for continuous learning in a fast-paced environment.

    + Excellent communication and storytelling skills

    + A motivated self-starter with a customer-centric mindset and bias toward action.

    + Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field; MBA a plus.

    The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
