Join our Data Ventures Customer Success team as the Manager, Client Learning and Insights, where you'll lead workshops to help Walmart Luminate Charter Clients turn our 1st party data into actionable insights and maximize product value. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Learning and Development, you'll drive user success through training, learning resources, and community engagement. What you'll do...

+ **Develop and Deliver Training** : Create impactful training programs for Walmart scintilla clients, enhancing their use of solutions and strengthening their business relationships with Walmart.

+ **Engage with Clients** : Work with a diverse range of clients, from large corporations to smaller firms, focusing on charter clients and basic users of Walmart Luminate data.

+ **Collaborate with Teams** : Partner with account management and services teams to support supplier training, developing essential resources.

+ **Create Webinar Content** : Design and manage engaging webinar content on main topics like Merchandising, Replenishment, and Business Analytics.

+ **Facilitate Deep Dives** : Conduct in-depth sessions to help associates and suppliers maximize data use in their roles.

+ **Support Product Enhancements** : Use your Walmart expertise to inform and support product development and launches.

+ **Increase Visibility** : Boost awareness of the training team through marketing efforts, newsletters, and promoting training resources.

+ **Tell Data Stories** : Use your data storytelling skills to help clients understand and apply data insights.

What you'll bring...

+ 4+ years of experience teaching or training associates or suppliers how to use data or products

+ 2+ years of experience in Walmart Merchandising, Merchandising Operations, Category Insights, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Modular Planning, Assortment Analytics or Supplier account teams

+ You are a data storyteller with advanced excel experience (can perform complex functions) proficiency to analyze data and develop applicable insights.

+ You have experience finding new and unconventional ways to approach data

+ You have a passion to share your past experiences and perspectives on how Walmart Luminate data can be used

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Education, or related field and 2 years’ experience in adult learning, training content development, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in adult learning, training content development, or related area.
