As Insights Manager, reporting to a Director, you will be an essential member of our Demand Science team managing one direct report and guiding enterprise-wide portfolio analyses including investigative demand science activities and rigorous data mining to uncover patterns. By understanding and predicting demand transferability, you will foster enterprise communication of consumer demand while advancing internal and external portfolio narratives. Display a natural curiosity, always asking “what's next?” across different topics, both within and beyond the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry.
Your Impact:
+ Work closely with Investor Relations to drive external narratives to analysts and investors.
+ Data gathering, analysis, interpretation, synthesis, and visualization. Translate data into stories that bring specific outcomes and lead to applicable opportunities and recommendations.
+ Mine data sets and tools and lead advanced analyses to detect new patterns, identify headwinds and tailwinds that may affect our businesses.
+ Provide ongoing macro consumer trend perspectives in formal presentations and as an internal consultant and determine application to our portfolio.
+ Support senior leadership with data collection and presentation content development for internal and external events and presentations including board meetings, earnings releases, annual operating plan (AOP), Strat Plan and CAGNY.
+ Seek new ways to lead partnership and influence across Brand, Sales, Investor Relations, Finance, and Demand Science teams.
+ Help progress partnerships with data suppliers and advance data capabilities. Maximize use of vendor partners by using tools to develop usage case studies and highlight when and how to use.
Your Experience:
+ Bachelor's degree required
+ 5+ years' experience producing high-quality, well-regarded point-of-sale, panel and other data and consumer insights and analytics work in the CPG industry.
+ Strong experience compiling and interpreting syndicated point-of-sale datasets like Circana or Nielsen.
+ Experience weaving together multiple consumer data and learning tools, processes and analytical techniques to achieve results.
+ Experience working with multiple third-party suppliers ensuring they are aligned to deliverables and driving impactful outcomes.
+ Presentation development and storytelling capabilities, explaining difficult concepts and complex data in simple, applicable business terms and corresponding visuals at all levels of the organization including executive leadership.
+ Experience using data processing and visualization tools (i.e. Power BI) to analyze large datasets to guide decision-making.

Located in downtown Chicago along the Chicago River, our corporate headquarters is in the landmark Merchandise Mart building, with access to public transit and several options for dining and shopping in the area.

Compensation:
Pay Range:$107,000-$156,000
_The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees._
