Job Overview
Fairview Range is looking for a Clinical Manager to join our Hibbing Home Care and Hospice team.
We take great pride in the privilege of providing compassionate care to our patients and their families while serving communities throughout the expansive Iron Range. As a Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the daily operations of the department as well as oversight of all patient care services and staff. The supervisory functions of this position include ensuring quality patient care delivery in accordance with professional standards, laws/regulations, and quality initiatives within the department's budget.
**Schedule:** This position will work 80 hours per two weeks. The shift length will be 8-hours on the day shifts, with no weekends.

As a Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for:
+ Facilitates the onboarding/orientation process for new employees.
+ Provides ongoing positive and constructive feedback and coaching.
+ Coordinates performance evaluations in efforts to enhance employee performance and development.
+ Promotes cooperative working relationships with peers.
+ Oversees staff competencies ensuring that staff are appropriately trained and maintain their skillset.
+ Reviews clinical documentation and ensure completeness and appropriateness.
+ Timecard oversight and approval.
+ Oversees scheduling and work assignments, provides direction, and makes adjustments based on patient needs, staff strengths and competencies.
+ Assures the development, implementation, and updates of the individualized plan of care.
+ Reviews OASIS assessments for accuracy.
+ Manages visit utilization.
+ Investigates and responds to concerns/complaints.
+ Works in conjunction with the Quality Compliance Coordinator to ensure regulatory compliance is met and maintained.
+ Supports the QAPI program through audits, data gathering, education and role modeling.
+ Provides care coordination and case manager support.
+ Facilitates Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) activities.
+ Implements and evaluates changes in practice, policies, and procedures.
+ Oversees the referral/intake process to help ensure appropriate admissions.
Required Qualifications:
+ Graduate from an accredited school of Registered Nursing.
+ Current MN RN licensure.
+ 5 years of nursing experience.
+ Management or leadership experience, preferably in Home Care/Hospice.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's Degree.
+ Proficiency in Home Care and Hospice regulations.
+ Previous management experience.
+ 5 years of experience in home care, hospice, or related setting.

Compensation Disclaimer
The posted pay range is for a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE). The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical.
