    The **Mechanical Products Team (MPT)** is responsible for mechanical design, analysis, and test of all sensor and effector products across the RMD portfolio. The Mechanical Product Team uses state-of-the-art tools, processes, technology, and Raytheon Six Sigma principles.

     

    The **Sensor CM (SCM)** Department is looking for a **Sensor** **Configuration Analyst**

     

    This position is in Andover, MA (On-site)

    What You Will Do

    + Apply and administer established Configuration Management (CM) procedures and processes for Configuration Identification, Change Control, Status Accounting, and Configuration Verification and Audits.

    + Coordination of Configuration Documentation, Change Requests, Initial Release establishing configuration baseline / Changes to the Configuration baseline, ensuring Status Accounting Integrity maintenance of the technical data package.

    + Participation in control / administration in the review/disposition of Configuration documentation and changes to the established configuration baseline.

    + Establishes procedures for and implements the introduction of changes to engineering documents for an assigned program.

    + Ensure integrity of the Configuration Documentation supporting the reviewers (engineering, quality, support, manufacturing), and that customer requirements are implemented.

    Qualifications You Must Have

    + Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and 0-2 years of prior relevant professional experience, OR in absence of a degree, 4 years of relevant experience is required.

    + Data Management or Configuration Management experience OR professional experience

    + Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Power Point, Word, Excel)

    + The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

    Qualifications We Prefer

    + Knowledge of Government defense contracts, specifications, and instructions

    + Experience related to Configuration management and customer support

    + Develops technical solutions to complex problems

    + Contributes to the completion of projects; ability to obtain results and make recommendations

    + Self-Starter, willing to learn new tools and work with a variety of technical and non-technical disciplines

    The salary range for this role is 55,000 USD - 107,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

     

    RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

     

    This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
