Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Summer Intern** to join our **Corporate Marketing Events** team. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in planning and executing large-scale marketing and field events, including our flagship user conference, **Protect** , and other executive programs.

You’ll support various facets of the events process—from pre-event planning and logistics to on-site execution and post-event wrap-up—while working closely with experienced marketing and event professionals.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in planning and executing corporate events, including supporting areas of our upcoming user conferences, executive briefings, and tradeshows.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors

• Manage and track inventory of event materials, swag, and onsite supplies

• Process lead generation from various events and reporting

• Help maintain project trackers, timelines, and planning documents

• Participate in team meetings, brainstorms, and pre-event run-throughs

• Provide onsite support as needed to prepare for programs

What We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

• Strong organizational and project management skills with sharp attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal

• Comfortable using Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Smartsheet)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

• Enthusiastic, proactive, and curious mindset

• Prior experience with events or marketing (coursework or extracurricular) a plus
