About the Team
The Global People Development team at Nutanix is a diverse group of team members spread across AMER, EMEA, APJ, and India regions. What sets this team apart is their commitment to fostering talent and growth on a global scale, utilizing a combination of innovative strategies and cross-cultural perspectives to drive development and advancement within Nutanix. You will report to the Sr. Director, Global People Development, who fosters a collaborative team environment that encourages autonomy and creativity. This manager values team members' input and supports them in advocating for the best interests of learners. The work setup for this role is primarily remote, but need to be in the Durham or Charlotte area in order to come into the Durham office for team meetings.
Your Role
+ Design and implement a comprehensive, scalable global onboarding program for all employees.
+ Conduct comprehensive analyses to identify essential components of the onboarding process and existing gaps.
+ Drive collaboration and influence across various functions to create a unified onboarding experience and ensure compliance with regulations and regional requirements.
+ Manage the development and implementation of a comprehensive IC development portfolio and its subsequent offerings.
+ Engage in listening sessions and workshops to gather input for continuous program development.
+ Measure and evaluate the effectiveness, success, and overall satisfaction of onboarding & portfolio offerings to drive continuous improvement.
What You Will Bring
+ 5+ years of experience in Education, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or related HR functions.
+ Strong background in instructional design and learning development.
+ Proficiency in HR systems, particularly Workday and related tools.
+ Excellent consultation, collaboration, and influencing skills.
+ Project management expertise with a focus on strategic and systems thinking.
+ Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities to handle ambiguity.
+ Creativity in designing engaging, experiential learning experiences.
+ Ability to work autonomously and drive initiatives to completion.
Work Arrangement
Remote: This position is primarily remote. There is no specific in-office requirement, however, there may be circumstances where you may be required to come into a local office for a specific purpose, and/or to travel to other locations based on business needs.
The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
