S2N is seeking a **Technology Solutions Engineer** to support the successful delivery of critical infrastructure and technology systems. This is a fast-paced role where your eagerness to learn and contribute will be key to building the technology that enables progress across various industries.

In this role, you will:

+ **Contribute to Project Success:** Assist in various stages of the project lifecycle from initiation through closeout. Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules, track budgets and costs, and support project financial management.

+ **Support Your Project Team:** Work closely with and support the Project Manager and other team members. Provide technical and administrative assistance, contributing to a collaborative and efficient team environment.

+ **Manage Complex Technology Systems:** Assist in the implementation and integration of technology infrastructure, which may include:

+ Structured Cabling Systems (fiber optic and copper)

+ Security Systems (access control, surveillance)

+ Audio Visual Systems

+ **Engage with Stakeholders:** Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with owners, design teams, general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers. Assist in communication and issue resolution under guidance.

+ **Ensure Quality & Compliance:** Uphold the highest standards of quality control and rigorously ensure compliance with industry specifications and standards.

+ **Assist with Project Administration:** Help manage project documentation, including contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement processes, and correspondence.

What You'll Bring:

+ **Required:**

+ Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a similar relevant technical field.

+ **1-3 years of experience in a construction or technology-related environment.**

+ Strong work ethic, self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

+ **A strong interest in technology and a desire to contribute to complex projects.**

+ **Highly Preferred:**

+ Prior experience or internships in construction or technology systems.

+ Familiarity with industry standards and best practices.

+ Relevant industry certifications (e.g., BICSI, PMP, ASIS, CTS).
