The Senior Product Manager Conceives of, develops, delivers, and manages products for customer use. The Senior Product Manager work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
The Senior Product Manager, Health Informatics, will play a pivotal role in fostering strong customer relationships while overseeing the development and delivery of innovative products tailored to meet client needs. This position emphasizes driving the entire product life cycle, from conceptualization to introduction, ensuring that products not only align with customer expectations but also enhance their overall experience. The Senior Product Manager will collaborate closely with customers and business partners to gather valuable feedback, enabling continuous improvement and adaptation of products to achieve desired outcomes across diverse customer segments. Additionally, this role requires a strategic mindset to align product development efforts with organizational objectives and leverage emerging technologies to deliver impactful solutions.
In this capacity, the Senior Product Manager will lead all phases of the product life cycle, ensuring that the products developed are not only innovative but also user centric. By actively engaging with customers and analyzing their feedback, the product manager will make informed decisions to refine and enhance product offerings. This approach not only ensures that products meet specific customer needs but also drives overall business success. The role demands the ability to exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences.
Key Accountabilities -
30% 1. **Customer Relationship Management:**
Own and nurture existing customer relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and support. Gather customer feedback to inform product improvements and feature enhancements, ensuring customer needs are prioritized in the product roadmap.
20% 2. **Product Development Oversight:**
Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept through delivery, ensuring products meet quality standards and are delivered on time. Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to define product specifications and requirements.
15% 3. **Operational Responsibilities:**
Manage operational aspects of the product, including performance monitoring, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure alignment with business goals.
20% 4. **Project Leadership with Cross-Team Dependencies:**
Lead cross-functional teams to execute product initiatives, ensuring clear communication and collaboration among stakeholders. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop new strategies and product launches.
15% 5. **Strategic Planning and Roadmap Development:**
Develop and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives. Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform product strategy and positioning.

Required Qualifications
+ Our Department of Defense contract requires U.S. Citizenship
+ Successfully receive interim approval for government security clearance (NBIS - National Background Investigation Services)
+ HGB is not authorized to do work in Puerto Rico per our government contract. We are not able to hire candidates that are currently living in Puerto Rico.
+ Bachelor's degree
+ 3 years of product management experience, specifically in data-driven products or analytics solutions
Preferred Qualifications
+ Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) or relevant
+ Master’s degree (MBA or MS in Data Science/Analytics)
+ Industry Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or similar fields
Work at Home Requirements
+ At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested
+ Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership
+ Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
+ Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
+ Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$104,000 - $143,000 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
