Our client, a leader in the engineering sector, is seeking a Senior Engineering Program Manager to join their team. As a Senior Engineering Program Manager, you will be part of the project management department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully with the organization.

**Job Title:** Senior Engineering Program Manager

**Location:** Phoenix, AZ

**Pay Rate:** $40/hr

What's the Job?

+ Lead planning, budgeting, and execution of capital projects and site improvements.

+ Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, HFC, and Operations to prioritize capital equipment needs.

+ Support product integration and facility moves in preparation for new contracts.

+ Develop detailed project scopes, timelines, and resource plans.

+ Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

What's Needed?

+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (required).

+ 3+ years of experience in project management within industrial, manufacturing, or engineering environments.

+ Strong understanding of capital project planning and execution.

+ Experience with equipment specification, procurement, and vendor negotiation.

+ Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications.
