Our client, a dynamic leader in the contracting industry, is seeking a Contract Specialist I to join their team. As a Contract Specialist I, you will be part of the Contract Management Department supporting various project teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Contract Specialist I

**Location:** Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid role, onsite M, W, F)

**Pay Range:** $25/hr - $27/hr

What's the Job?

+ Aids in the preparation of contractual provisions and the administration of contract proposals.

+ Responsible for preparing bids and negotiating specifications and contractual provisions.

+ Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

+ Performs a variety of tasks under general supervision.

+ Typically reports to a manager, contributing to team success.

What's Needed?

+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

+ 2-4 years of experience in contract management or a related area.

+ Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the contracting field.

+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
