    The Mortgage Fulfillment Team Manager will be responsible to lead, mentor, and develop a high-quality performing team by setting clear goals and performance expectations. Partner with key internal business resources to maintain operational efficiency and superior customer experience. Manage processes with critical mortgage application vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and high-quality outputs. (i.e. – Verification of Employment, project documentation, title, appraisal, credit report etc.) Oversee Rate Modification process which includes customer contact.

    As our Mortgage Fultillment Team Manager you will:

    + Continuously identify and implement efficiencies to optimize quality, speed, and capacity across the team

    + Provide ongoing training, performance evaluations, and mentoring to staff on a regular basis

    + Monitor vendor performance and resolve any conflicts or issues

    + Plan and prioritize work appropriately considering importance, urgency, customer, and business impact

    + Immediately notify all necessary parties of irregularities relative to standard HSBC policy/guidelines

    + Proactive pipeline management to ensure all client contractual contingency dates and rate locks are met

    + Protect mortgage portfolio revenue stream with an efficient rate modification process

    + Achieve published standards and other key performance indicators (attendance, revenue, retention, service levels, operational risk, etc.)

    + Meet all performance targets including standards in quality and productivity

     

    For this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $73,400.00 and $110,100.00

     

    The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.

    Qualifications

    You´ll likely have the following qualifications to succeed in this role:

    + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

    + Knowledge of Mortgage Products, Documents, Investor, and Compliance Requirements

    + Ability to make sound decisions based on information provided and defined policies

    + Ability to effectively multitask and juggle numerous duties/deadlines simultaneously, while not sacrificing any level quality

    + Strong customer service, organizational and communication (written/oral) skills

    + Minimum of 2 years proven bank, mortgage business, mortgage systems related experience or equivalent

    + Minimum of bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, related field, or equivalent experience

    + Proven communications, organizational, analytical, administrative, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

    + Proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent HSBC systems and software

    + Ability to meet deadlines and objectives independently and within the team
