    Our client, a leading technology solutions provider, is seeking a Cloudera Platform Engineer to join their team. As a Cloudera Platform Engineer, you will be part of the SDP Solution Center team supporting innovative data initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be self-motivated, and possess the ability to work with minimal direction, which will align successfully in the organization.

    What's the Job?

     

    + Take ownership of project-related tasks and ensure timely completion.

    + Collaborate with Solution Architects and technology groups to design, develop, and maintain software solutions.

    + Produce high-quality data solutions and solve complex problems.

    + Perform code reviews and provide feedback to team members.

    + Engage in client interactions to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + 7+ years of hands-on experience in software development, with 2+ years in Data Engineering.

    + Strong understanding of Cloudera CDP Hadoop Administration, Unix, and Infrastructure.

    + Proficiency in Spark, Python, and Pyspark.

    + Experience with Hive and Impala.

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
