Our client, a highly reputable law firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team. As an Legal Executive Assistant, you will be part of a dynamic environment supporting various executives and contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization. The ideal candidate MUST have 5 years experience supporting Executives, unquestioned integrity and is quick witted with strong analytical and communication abilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly.
**Job Title:** Legal Executive Assistant
Pay Range: $75,000 - $100,000 (OT eligible)
What's the Job?
+ Manage email communications by filtering, summarizing, and highlighting priority items.
+ Oversee calendar management, coordinating attendance and daily activities for various personal and professional matters.
+ Provide Level 1 Information and Technology assistance, troubleshooting simple IT issues and liaising with IT support as needed.
+ Assist in prioritizing daily deadlines and preparing summaries of upcoming tasks.
+ Coordinate travel arrangements and manage the flow of information in a timely and accurate manner.
What's Needed?
+ 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant with preference for past law firm experience
+ Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
+ Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills with a determined and quick witted mindset
+ Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
+ Advance MS Office Suite skills
