Our client, a dynamic player in the logistics industry, is seeking a Logistics Customer Care Specialist to join their team. As a Logistics Customer Care Specialist, you will be part of the Seafreight Business Unit supporting a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a strong attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Logistics Customer Care Specialist
**Location:** Wakefield, MA
**Pay Range:** $25 - $30
**Schedule:** Mon-Frid / 8:30AM-5:30PM
What's the Job?
+ Responsive Communication: Be the friendly voice our customers need, promptly addressing their inquiries through various channels.
+ Creative Troubleshooting: Dive into resolving customer needs with flair, providing creative solutions to both simple and complex challenges.
+ Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, operations, marketing, and technical support teams to tackle customer issues and enhance their experience.
+ Master of Documentation: Maintain meticulous records in our customer service management system to ensure smooth follow-up and resolution.
+ Thriving in a Results-Driven Environment: Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals, focusing on customer satisfaction and quality metrics.
What's Needed?
+ Tech Savvy: Proficiency with customer service management systems and basic computer software like Outlook and Excel.
+ Financial Understanding: A keen grasp of financial concepts and terms such as payables, profit and loss, and revenue.
+ Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with ocean freight operations, processes, and terminology.
+ System Navigation: Experience with Kuehne + Nagel (KN) products and systems, including Customer myKN and CoreLOG.
+ Strong Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with customers.
