A leading financial services organization based in Charlotte, NC (hybrid, 3 days onsite) is seeking a talented Infrastructure Engineer for a long-term contract opportunity. This position offers a 24-month engagement with the potential for extension. You'll be working with cloud and compliance technologies in a highly regulated environment. This is a contract role with strong stability and benefits through a well-known client partner.

Required Skills & Experience

• Background in regulatory environments involving retention and supervision of electronic communications (email, chat, SMS, etc.)

• Familiarity with tools like Smarsh, Vantage, ZL Technologies, ThetaLake, or comparable platforms

• Experience working with Azure and scripting or automating tasks through APIs

• Ability to perform data analysis across varied sources

• Strong technical writing skills—comfortable preparing documentation for implementation, change, and testing activities

Desired Skills & Experience

• Financial services or heavily regulated industry background

• Prior experience collaborating across engineering and compliance teams

• Knowledge of security policies, governance, or infrastructure-related risk management
