**Wells Fargo** is seeking a **Principal Digital Product Manager** leveraging **Generative AI** to drive efficiency and innovation to enhance digital tools, products, and experiences that elevate the employee user experience. This role will be within **Enterprise Functions Technology (EFT)** , will work with high-performing agile software teams, and play a pivotal role in designing and implementing solutions safely utilizing large language models (LLMs). A successful candidate will with design, technology and business stakeholder to deliver seamless, intuitive experiences for internal users.

In this role, you will:
+ Drive the product definition, development and delivery processes for a cross-functional team building Gen AI services supporting. powerful (and safe) capabilities for internal Wells Fargo users.
+ Act as a top subject matter expert to lead digital products, and initiatives, for the Gen AI area within the digital environment with enterprise impact, high risk and/or with significant scope, cost, and benefits.
+ Lead the strategy and resolution of the most complex and significant development and execution of digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impact across multiple areas or the enterprise.
+ Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale, broad-reaching, and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
+ Coordinate highly complex activities and resolution.
+ Provide vision, leadership, and industry expertise regarding digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area.
+ Influence, digital strategy for the business line or enterprise that significantly impacts the organization's business and financial operations.
+ Strategically lead all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise.
+ Serve as an expert advisor to leadership.
+ Represent the company externally in industry networking and trade and technical events.
Required Qualifications:
+ 10+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
+ 1+ years of Generative AI or AI facing product experience.
Desired Qualifications:
+ Strong focus on Generative AI capabilities, technology and user experience with awareness of safety and risk considerations.
+ In-depth knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and agentic workflows in generative AI applications.
+ Strong experience collaborating with product and business stakeholders to deliver valuable and user-centric solutions.
+ Financial industry experience or familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements.
+ Demonstrated ability to balance technical excellence with business priorities.
+ Proven ability to build and lead high-performing, agile software teams.
+ Demonstrated success in recruiting, developing, and retaining engineering talent.
+ Expertise in test-driven development methodologies.
+ Ability to manage complex technology projects and deliver on time in an enterprise environment.

Pay for the role ranges from $144,400 to $300,000 depending on skill level and experience.

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
