About the Role:
As a CBRE Space Data Coordinator, you will provide support to the Occupancy Planning team by providing data mining and analysis, meeting room support and interpretation of space metrics for a dynamic technology client's needs.
This job is part of a dynamic Space Management team which includes Occupancy Planning, Moves, Additions and Changes function and Furniture support and Inventory Control who is responsible for building space, strategic and tactical occupancy planning and design and moving services.
This is a hybrid position in Mountain View, CA
What You’ll Do:
+ Manage and review daily work orders/tickets.
+ Develop and coordinate creative meeting space solutions while understanding each business units requirements.
+ Coordinate scheduled meeting room events with various pillar teams (ie: FM, GEN, AV, etc.)
+ Data modeling of space comparisons.
+ Supports physical audits, takes photos, and maintains digital files for project content creation.
+ Ability to use calendar management platform.
+ OP data validation(MAC audits and SM projects tracker).
+ Regularly monitor relevant data such as vacancy rate and conduct in-depth analysis to continuously optimize the efficiency of space usage to improve the overall employee experience.
+ Review space requirements and provide conceptual plans and recommendations to the real estate team or stakeholders.
+ May produce presentations for internal stakeholders and client-facing steering committee meetings for review and feedback.
+ Attend client meetings, draft meeting minutes, and obtain approvals to proceed when required.
+ May participate in on-site inspections for validation and verification purposes, potentially revising occupancy metrics as needed.
+ Responsible for entering and maintaining occupancy data within the system of record.
+ Interviews clients face-to-face or virtually to collect, harmonize, and integrate projects needs, alongside addressing any functional, operational, and cultural concerns as needed.
+ Able to drive project closure and evaluation processes to ensure accurate deliverables and client satisfaction.
+ have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
+ Ensure all activities and processes are performed in a manner consistent with client and CBRE document processes.
+ Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
+ Effective communication, including clear information sharing, thoughtful questioning, and comprehension confirmation, is vital for success.
What You’ll Need:
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with executive level and internal clients.
+ Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
+ Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
+ In-depth knowledge of Google Suite Tools. Examples: Sheets, Slides, Docs. AutoCAD experience is a plus, but not required. Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
+ Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations. Ability to create pivot tables and have the ability to use formulas to combine data sets from multiple dashboards and data sources.
+ Works effectively both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic, fast-paced team setting, while maintaining clear communication.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Space Data Coordinator position is $80,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Space Data Coordinator position is $92,600 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
