The Selling Partner Trust and Store Integrity's (TSI) org is committed to our vision that bad actors cannot operate in our store while selling partners start and grow their business without fear of disruption, such that customers and selling partners across the globe trust us, and have confidence in the integrity of Amazon’s store.
As part of TSI org, the Selling Partner Risk team is dedicated to preventing bad actors from misrepresenting their identities to operate selling accounts in our store. Our mission is that customers can shop with trust and confidence that every selling account on Amazon is operated by a verified and authenticated identity at every stage of the selling lifecycle, which promotes a community built on mutual trust, transparency, and accountability.
Key job responsibilities
The Principal PMT owns a suite of products enabling Amazon to know who we’re doing business with at every stage of the selling lifecycle and mitigate an abusive behaviors from Selling Partners. They own a suite of products that continually evaluates and mitigates risk with millions of accounts and entities to ensure that there is trust and accountability in the stores that we operate in.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience technical product management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
