Hours: M-F 5:45 am to 1:45 (35 hours)
Rate of Pay: $90,000
LCSW or LMHC Required
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS :
+ Maintain a caseload as assigned and provide individual and group psychotherapy services as indicated.
+ Support the program director with overall clinical responsibility for the program.
+ Provide supervision to staff as assigned, including completion of performance evaluations for the same.
+ Support the program director with maintaining program-wide compliance with all relevant regulation, documentation, and billing requirements.
+ Remain current with OASAS and other relevant regulations and new developments in changing health environment.
+ Provide crisis management support as needed.
+ Attend department meetings, inter-department meetings, and serve on committees as necessary and requested.
+ Support the program director with serving as liaison to outside community partners as needed.
+ Support the program director with facilitating, organizing, and tracking staff trainings on relevant topics.
+ Function as a Super User for the Electronic Health Record (EHR) and support staff with EHR competency.
+ Maintain confidentiality of all client information as required by law.
+ Maintain all applicable licenses and/or credentials.
+ Collaborate and work well with team members in all areas to enhance the program as a whole, support a healthy team culture, and serve as a good role model for staff.
+ Represent the agency with an ethical, fair, and positive attitude.
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONAL / ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT:
Any other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES :
LCSW or LMHC required. Initiative, good judgment, excellent communication, interpersonal and writing skills. Good knowledge and understanding of behavioral health, co-occurring disorders, and opioid use disorder treatment including Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT). Good knowledge of the federal, state and local regulations governing methadone chemotherapy treatment. Competent to work with clients appropriate to the setting of the agency regarding age and special populations. Proficient with electronic documentation and Microsoft Office Suite.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
Graduate of an accredited college or university with a graduate degree in a health related field. A minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible clinical and management experience in behavioral health. 1 year experience working in an opioid treatment program preferred.
