    + LMSW / LCAT: $32.92/hour

    + LMHC / LCSW: $37.36/hour

    Position Overview

    CEC is seeking passionate and skilled Mental Health Professionals to join our outpatient clinics (OMH and OASAS). This is a great opportunity for Licensed or Limited Permit professionals who want to be part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team providing high-quality, client-centered care.

    Responsibilities

    + Provide psychotherapy services (individual, family, couples, or group) in alignment with assigned caseload.

    + Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans collaboratively with clients.

    + Maintain accurate and timely documentation including progress notes, treatment updates, and service plans.

    + Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborate with other providers.

    + Ensure consistent client engagement by following up on missed appointments via phone and letter.

    Qualifications

    + Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Creative Arts Therapy.

    + Current NYS License or Limited Permit in LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, or LCAT.

    + Strong clinical experience required; substance abuse treatment experience preferred.

    + Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred.

     

    Additional Information

     

    + This position is part of 1199 SEIU United Healthcare Workers East; union membership is required within 30 days of hire.

    + We welcome newly licensed professionals and those working under a limited permit.
