+ Technology & Tools: Use Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS) to design, present, and track training programs. Leverage digital tools to increase accessibility and effectiveness.
+ Evaluation & Continuous Improvement: Analyze training data and feedback to assess effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement. Partner with leadership to enhance program outcomes.
What We're Looking For:
+ Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree and 1+ year of experience in staff training or teaching, or 2+ years of related experience in adult education or human services.
+ Certifications: Must be willing and able to obtain certifications to teach CPR/FA and SCIP-R.

+ Instructional Strength: Strong understanding of adult learning principles; ability to manage classroom dynamics and support inclusive learning environments.
+ Preferred: Experience in I/DD or human services training; trauma-informed practices; familiarity with tools like Articulate or Captivate; data analysis and reporting skills.
Why Join Us?

+ Supportive Culture: Join a passionate team that values collaboration, innovation, and respect.
+ Career Growth: Access leadership development, skill-building opportunities, and a clear path for advancement.
+ Comprehensive Benefits: Health and dental insurance, paid time off, retirement plans, mileage reimbursement, and more.
