Description We are looking for a highly skilled Compensation Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in evaluating job roles, analyzing market compensation data, and supporting the development of incentive programs aligned with organizational goals. You will collaborate with global Human Resources teams to standardize processes and ensure consistency across compensation strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct job evaluations to assess internal equity, market competitiveness, and eligibility for incentive plans.

• Develop and refine base pay, variable compensation, and long-term incentive programs that align with corporate objectives.

• Collaborate with global HR teams to implement standardized compensation policies and practices.

• Facilitate the annual compensation planning process, including communication and providing business support.

• Manage the submission and completion of compensation surveys, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Perform detailed analyses of internal and external compensation data to assess program effectiveness and market competitiveness.

• Generate comprehensive market data reports and provide insights for HR business partners and organizational leaders.

• Create and deliver training materials, communication strategies, and policies related to compensation programs.

• Support the execution of large-scale compensation initiatives and projects. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience.

• At least 2-4 years of experience in compensation analysis or a related area.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formula-based functions.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively across all organizational levels.

• Familiarity with compensation planning tools such as Oracle or Payfactors is preferred.

• Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and ability to create effective presentations.
