Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Irving, Texas. This is a long-term contract position offering an excellent opportunity to contribute your expertise to a dynamic and detail-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will excel in managing complex financial processes, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, and collaborating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee cash management and treasury operations to ensure smooth financial processes.

• Manage the month-end and year-end financial close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Prepare internal financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

• Coordinate with external accountants, banks, and insurance brokers to maintain effective relationships.

• Review lease accounting, including deal sheets and lease funding activities.

• Handle payroll, health benefits, and 401k management in adherence to applicable regulations.

• Maintain multi-state sales tax compliance and reporting.

• Utilize advanced Excel functions, such as v-lookups, to analyze and manage large datasets.

• Provide support to C-suite personnel by delivering detailed financial insights and analysis.

• Ensure compliance with accounting laws, principles, and regulations while managing asset systems. Requirements • 5-10 years of proven experience as an Accounting Supervisor or Manager.

• Proficiency in accounting software such as QB Enterprise, NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including experience with v-lookups and handling large datasets.

• Solid understanding of lease accounting and asset management systems.

• Familiarity with multi-state sales tax and payroll management practices.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

• Ability to work on-site during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, in Irving, Texas.
