Description We are looking for a skilled and analytical Financial Analyst to join our team in Van Nuys, California. This Contract-to-permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to financial decision-making processes by analyzing real estate investments, conducting market research, and preparing detailed financial reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and real estate, paired with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze real estate assets by creating detailed financial models, including cash flow projections and discounted cash flow evaluations.

• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, rental rates, occupancy levels, and competitive positioning.

• Assess and underwrite investment opportunities, such as acquisitions, developments, and dispositions.

• Develop comprehensive investment memos, presentations, and reports for stakeholders and partners.

• Support due diligence processes by coordinating property inspections, reviewing documentation, and liaising with third-party consultants.

• Track and monitor portfolio performance, identifying potential risks and opportunities for improvement.

• Update and maintain real estate databases and financial models to ensure data accuracy.

• Collaborate with asset managers, brokers, legal teams, and development professionals to align strategies and objectives. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in real estate analysis, finance, or a related area, including internships.

• Expertise in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques.

• Knowledge of real estate valuation methodologies and market metrics.

• Familiarity with real estate software such as Argus, CoStar, or Yardi is advantageous.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey complex analyses clearly.

• Exceptional attention to detail paired with a highly analytical mindset.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
