    Description We are looking for an HR Coordinator to join our team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on a contract basis. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting talent acquisition efforts, ensuring compliance with organizational standards, and maintaining efficient recruitment processes. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to coordinate hiring activities and contribute to the success of the HR department.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct regular audits of job postings to ensure accuracy in descriptions, organizational language, compensation ranges, and approvals.

    • Manage and maintain external and internal job postings, ensuring proper links and visibility on career pages.

    • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Director to develop and strengthen recruiting partnerships.

    • Communicate weekly with recruitment partners to drive hiring efforts and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates.

    • Monitor monthly budgets for job boards like Indeed, ensuring spending aligns with budgetary limits.

    • Analyze recruitment metrics and performance data to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies.

    • Schedule approximately 50 interviews weekly, including handling reschedules and calendar adjustments.

    • Utilize tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, UKG Pro, and Microsoft Teams to streamline HR processes and communications.

    • Support various talent acquisition initiatives, projects, and updates as assigned by the Director of Talent. Requirements • Proven experience in auditing and maintaining compliance within HR or talent acquisition processes.

    • Strong proficiency in tools like UKG Pro, Office Suite, and Teams.

    • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage complex scheduling and calendar coordination.

    • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for email correspondence and partnership outreach.

    • Familiarity with corporate recruiting practices and analytics monitoring.

    • Ability to handle high-volume recruitment tasks and meet deadlines consistently.

    • Experience in human resources administration and coordination.

    • Knowledge of recruitment platforms such as Indeed and other job boards. TalentMatch®
