Description
Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with a passion for partnering with executive leadership? Our client, an innovative and fast-growing biotech company, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support their executive team. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking advancements in biotech while showcasing your exceptional administrative and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage complex calendars for senior executives, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and organizing events.
+ Serve as a point of contact for executive communication, managing confidential correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
+ Assist in preparing executive-level materials, including presentations, reports, and proposals.
+ Coordinate and plan high-level meetings, including agenda creation, minute-taking, and follow-ups.
+ Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
+ Handle expense reporting and approvals, ensuring compliance with company policies.
+ Anticipate the needs of the executives and proactively address administrative priorities.
+ Support special projects and company initiatives as assigned by the executive team.
Requirements
+ 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in the biotech, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with digital productivity tools such as Slack or Asana.
+ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
+ Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
+ High attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities.
+ Experience managing confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
+ Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
