    Description

    We are a mission-driven local nonprofit seeking an experienced and passionate HR professional to lead our recruiting efforts. This role will focus on sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates who align with our values and community-centered mission. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment, a proactive approach to talent acquisition, and the ability to build relationships with diverse applicants.     Requirements • Proficiency in HR software systems, including ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, and other HRMS platforms.

     

    • Experience in payroll management and benefit administration.

    • Strong understanding of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment processes.

    • Familiarity with auditing practices and conducting background checks.

    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

    • Ability to provide outstanding customer service and effectively communicate with employees.

    • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
