    Description

    A premier hospitality group in Carlsbad, CA, is seeking a highly motivated and personable Front Desk Associate to join their team. This role is essential for providing exceptional guest services and ensuring the smooth operation of front desk activities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Greet and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, room inquiries, and overall hospitality needs.

    + Handle booking reservations, answer phones, and provide accurate information about hotel amenities and services.

    + Resolve guest concerns or complaints effectively and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.

    + Maintain accurate financial records, process payments, and reconcile end-of-shift reports.

    + Collaborate with housekeeping and management teams to ensure guest satisfaction.

    + Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas.

    Requirements

    + Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field preferred.

    + 1–3 years of experience working at a hotel front desk or similar customer service role.

    + Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds, or similar systems).

    + Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to handle guest interactions calmly and professionally.

    + High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
