Description We are looking for a dedicated Guest Services Coordinator to support hospitality operations for a global investment banking team in Chicago, Illinois. This long-term contract position involves ensuring seamless room arrangements, catering services, and meeting coordination across multiple floors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain meeting rooms, ensuring cleanliness and appropriate setup for events and gatherings.

• Oversee audio-visual equipment such as Zoom, Teams, and WebEx to support smooth virtual and hybrid meetings.

• Coordinate catering orders, including setup and timely delivery, ensuring all hospitality needs are met.

• Assist with scheduling and preparation for high-volume meetings, occasionally staying late or arriving early as needed.

• Provide attentive guest services aligned with business casual standards.

• Manage inter-office mail and communication effectively to support operational needs.

• Monitor supplies and ensure resources are available for meetings and daily operations.

• Serve as a point of contact for inquiries related to hospitality and guest services.

• Leverage knowledge of the local Chicago hospitality area to enhance service offerings. Requirements • Proven experience in a corporate office or hospitality setting.

• Proficiency with audio-visual tools such as Zoom, Teams, and WebEx.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite for administrative tasks.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing room setups and catering services.

• Ability to handle high-volume meeting schedules while maintaining professionalism.

• Knowledge of Chicago's hospitality and catering options.

• Excellent communication skills for guest interaction and team coordination.
