We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of HR operations within an organization in Rossville, Georgia. This role will involve managing employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance while fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in HR policy development, talent acquisition, and skill enhancement to drive organizational success.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Payroll Clerk to ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing.
• Address employee concerns, conduct investigations, and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Administer comprehensive benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
• Negotiate contracts and review agreements to align with organizational objectives.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update HR policies and procedures in accordance with employment laws.
• Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local regulations through periodic audits and documentation.
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
• Partner with leadership to create strategies for effective talent acquisition and retention.
• Analyze HR data and metrics to provide actionable recommendations to management.
• Manage workers’ compensation cases and unemployment claims, ensuring proper documentation and timely resolution.

Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance regulations, and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to handle employee relations and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Experience in benefits administration and contract negotiations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HR software such as ADP Workforce Now and analytics tools.
• Certification in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Human Resources (SPHR) is preferred.
