    Description

    We are seeking a proactive Accounts Receivable Specialist to oversee the invoicing, payment, and collections processes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of transactions while maintaining accuracy. This role requires communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure payments are processed and accounts reconciled in a timely manner.

    Requirements

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Manage customer invoicing, ensuring timely and accurate issuance of statements.

    + Monitor and maintain customer accounts, ensuring timely collections and prompt resolution of discrepancies.

    + Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy and consistency.

    + Communicate with clients regarding billing and payment inquiries professionally.

    + Prepare regular accounts receivable reports and aging schedules for management review.

    + Process and apply payments (checks, ACH, credit cards, etc.) to accounts.

    + Collaborate with the finance team and other departments to solve payment or invoicing disputes.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred but not required.

    + At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or a similar accounting role.

    + Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and accounting principles.

    + Proficiency with accounting software programs (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) and MS Office, especially Excel.

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for resolving client or internal inquiries.

    + Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines effectively.
