• Senior Project Manager

    Jacobs (Manhattan, NY)


    * Sr. Project Manager (P/C) shall possess, at a minimum, 8 years of experience in construction involving multiple phases of large-scale building/rehabilitation projects

    * Experience must include a minimum of 3 projects with PLA in medium to large urban area

    * Possess an OSHA 30 certification

    * Knowledge of the change order and cost review process and the review/approval of contractor’s payment application

    Ideally, you'll have:

    * A minimum of 4 years’ experience shall be in the role of Assistant Project Manager responsible for large-scale projects valued above $10 million, with an extensive knowledge of all facets of construction and construction documents

    * Ability to manage the various projects using established controls and procedures and provide job site leadership in all areas of scheduling, safety, quality, coordination with the designers, and any critical issues pertinent to the project or the client/facility
