Job Description

The Manager of Clinical Services is responsible for ensuring that patient care is coordinated and managed appropriately. The Manager of Clinical Services is responsible for ensuring that care and services are delivered appropriately and for the supervision of clinical personnel.

+ You will instruct and guide clinicians to promote more effective performance and delivery of quality hospice care services.

+ You will reviews patient's medical diagnosis, prognosis, medications, procedures and clinical course and attend case conference meetings with hospice personnel to facilitate coordination of care and discussion of interdisciplinary group involvement.

+ You will assist with the screening and interviewing, orientation of new employees evaluating and terminations of personnel under the delegation of the Regional Director of Clinical Operations.

+ You will oversee the maintenance of patient clinical records and compliance with local, state and federal laws.

+ You will also over see the inventory of supplies and equipment for provision of patient services.

+ You will assess health needs of community and assist in the development of plan to meet needs.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

+ Must have current Registered Nurse (RN) license in state(s) of practice.

+ Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. Associate degree required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

+ Recent experience in hospice/home care setting required

+ 2 + years management or supervisory experience required

+ Proven ability to work within an interdisciplinary setting required.

+ Ability to pass DHS background study.

+ If Driving: Valid State Driver’s License, automobile in good working order, automobile insurance in accordance with state and organizational requirements, and an acceptable driving record required

The starting salary range for this role is$87,0000 $112,500 annual base salary. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: geographic location, relevant education, applicable certifications, depth of experience, and special skillsets. The total compensation package for this position may also include the opportunity to participate in employee benefits including our medical/dental/vision/pet insurance, disability and life insurance, paid time off, and 401(k) retirement plans, subject to applicable plan terms, and/or eligibility for other compensation.
